All orders will be prepared and dispatched once payment is fully confirmed. We carefully inspect and package every item before handover to shipping carriers.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on your delivery location, package weight and dimensions at checkout. Additional customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

After dispatch, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. You may use this link to monitor the real-time transit status of your package.

We do not take responsibility for delivery delays caused by third-party courier issues, customs inspections, local postal disruptions, natural disasters or other uncontrollable external factors. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid missed deliveries or returned parcels.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refusal of receipt, all original and return shipping charges will not be refunded. You may arrange reshipment at your own cost if you still wish to receive the goods.
